Schedule
For all full shares (which includes
groups that rent a
room on an every weekend status) the season starts on Oct. 26, 2007. The season ends April 24th,
2008.
All full shares must empty the
house of their
belongings at the end of the season unless they stow their belongings
in attic
bins and their equipment in the equipment shed and they have given
deposit
money (25%) for the following season.

Half
Share Schedules (notice that
weekends start
on Thursdays)
A weeks are: Nov.1, Nov.15, Nov.29, Dec. 13,Dec. 27 (New
Year's), Jan. 10,
Jan. 24, Feb. 7, Feb. 21, March 6, March 20, April 3 (Good Friday),
April
17. All A shares
should empty the rooms
by April 24 (or they can stow their belongings in attic bins and their
equipment in the equipment shed if
they
leave deposit money for the following season).
B weeks are: Oct. 25 (Halloween), Nov.8, Nov.22 (Thanksgiving), Dec. 6,
Dec. 20
(Xmas),Jan. 3, Jan. 17 (MLK), Jan.31, Feb. 14 (Prez), Feb.28, March 13,
March
27, April 10. All B
shares must empty
their rooms by April 16 (or they can stow their belongings in attic
bins and
their equipment in the equipment shed if they leave deposit money for
the following
season).
Rooms sold on a Quarter schedule – is
exactly every other weekend on the
A Schedule. On the B weekends, Feb. 14 (President's Day
Weekend) will be
traded for Jan.31 so each quarter schedule has at least one holiday.
Switching times to better accommodate peoples'
schedules (i.e. for half
shares) – Must be coordinated between individual half shares.
Off season usage – can be requested by
those who have put down their
deposit for the following season. These requests are generally
approved, though
this is not a guarantee.
