Prices (i.e. renting a room for the season)
Prices for
the normal size rooms - Mediterranean/
Baltic / Free Parking / Commonwealth Ave.:
$4000 + $100 cleaning
deposit/fee to have the
room to yourselves for the entire season.
$3900 + $100 cleaning
deposit/fee if you plan to
use the room mainly on weekends and holidays along with occasional
mid-week use
according to your schedule, and don't mind the possibility that there
might be
non-weekend/non-holiday shares assigned to your room when you are not
there. You will be
refunded an additional $100 if
there actually are any non-weekend/non-holiday shares assigned to your
room on
a regular basis (which would make the room $3800+$100 cleaning
deposit/fee).
For these base prices,
you have the privilege of
naming three people to your room who are then considered house shares,
provided
that they send an email or other notification that they agree to the
house
rules and the house wavier. There is a $100 fee per each additional
person
(i.e. for groups of more than three) who you would like to be a share
as part
of your group in your room. You arrange your own schedule for those who
are considered house shares as part of your room.
Bed arrangements for 5 is
the limit in a room
such as this, one bunk with a full on bottom and twin on top, and
another bed –
either bunked twins or a full size bed.
We can generally accommodate the type of bedding situation
you would
like for the season.
Buy a room every other
week – the base price is
$2400 to accommodate up to 3 people who are considered shares in the
house. There is
also a $100 cleaning
deposit/fee.*
Buy a room on the quarter
share schedule -
$1500. There is also a $100 cleaning deposit/fee.*
Prices for the 3rd floor
– Boardwalk and Park Place.
Boardwalk (which includes
a larger section and a
smaller, private section) - $6300 + $100/room cleaning deposit/fee to
have the
room to yourselves for the entire season.
Park Place
- $6000 + $100/room cleaning deposit/fee to
have the room to yourselves for the entire season.
Boardwalk (which includes
a larger section and a
smaller, private section) - $6200 + $100 cleaning deposit/fee if you
plan to
use the room mainly on weekends and holidays, and don't mind the
possibility
that there might be non-weekend/non-holiday shares assigned to your
room. You will be
refunded an additional $100 if

shares assigned to your room.
Park Place - $5900 + $100
cleaning deposit/fee
if you plan to use the room mainly on weekends and holidays, and don't
mind the
possibility that there might be non-weekend/non-holiday shares assigned
to your
room. You will be
refunded an additional $100 if

any non-weekend/non-holiday shares assigned to your room.

Park Place,

Both Boardwalk and Park
Place can be set up to
sleep 7 (2 queen, 1 full size bottom bunk bed, and 1 twin are in
Boardwalk, 1
queen, 1 full size bottom bunk bed and 3 twins are in Park Place). The
rooms
were the same size, but a smaller sub-division has been created within
Boardwalk.
