Please indicate that you and all members of your group have read the house rules and agree to the waiver. Please give contact info for yourself and all members of your group. It is fine to do all of this via email. Call Dan's cell at 908 337 1130 if you need more information.

Reserving your spot during the off-season - Only 25% is required to reserve your spot for the following season. When you give your deposit, you request any preference for a specific room/bed.  If you are a half share, then specify which schedule (A or B week) you would like. Rooms/beds are done on a first come, first serve basis (although if a single share requests a full size bed, they can be bumped by a couple requesting that bed – so therefore they should include a second choice bed).

Refund and payment policy - If you request your money back before Sept. 1, you will receive the amount you paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee and an additional 3% if you had paid via PayPal (that is approximately what they charge). After Sept. 1, there are no refunds.

Payment in full is expected by Nov. 1. You must pay your full payment during your first weekend at the house (the only exception is “Off season use”). If you do not make your final payment by Dec. 1, then you are in danger of having your requested spot sold off – if that happens, then your deposit can be applied to another available room or share.
