Share
Prices (i.e. renting a bed in a shared room for the season)
NOTE:
As far as shares renting a bed for the
season, here will be no more than four people (4 single
shares or 2 couples
or 2 single shares along with one couple share) assigned to the normal
sized
rooms at any one time, nor would there be more than six people assigned
to the
larger rooms at any one time.
The share
prices are as
follows:
Full
share –
$1250 + $100
cleaning
deposit/fee for a twin bed
(frequently a top bunk)
$1350 + $100
cleaning
deposit/fee for a full
size bed if available.
Half
share –
$750 + $100
cleaning
deposit/fee for a twin bed
(frequently a top bunk)
$850 + $100
cleaning
deposit/fee for a full size
bed if available.
Couples share pricing is:
Couples Full – $2300 + $100 cleaning deposit/fee
Couples Half - $1350 + $100 cleaning deposit/fee
A couple is given a full size bed
or larger. The full
size beds frequently have a top
(twin) bunk bed that may be assigned to someone else.
The Midweek Special – Though all shares are entitled to
mid-week
use (again, you can't live there), this is special pricing for those
interested
in only mid-week, non-holiday use.
You
must be willing to switch to another bed and/or room if circumstances
dictate. Furthermore,
you must be
exceedingly good about stowing your stuff when you leave and putting
the room
back into the same condition in which you found it.
A midweek full share is $800 plus $100
deposit/fee and a midweek couples share is $1400 plus $100 deposit/fee.
